About the Author:Bridget was born and raised in Saratoga Springs, New York, where an early love of nature sparked a curiosity that would grow into a passion for travel. Today, she, her husband Matt, and their adventurous pup, Cooper, enjoy discovering new places one trail, shoreline, and city at a time. Their real-life adventures while traveling in their campervan inspired Bridget’s award-winning book, Cooper’s Campervan Adventures: Montana. Their adventures help young readers dream, discover, and learn about new places and nature, and how even small actions can help protect it for generations. And for every book purchased, a portion is donated to animal rescue organizations and climate change initiatives, helping protect the places and animals that inspired this story.

Type of visit(s) available: In person

Visit details: Visits are approximately 30 minutes and include a reading, a Q&A session, a poster board of Cooper’s real-life adventures that inspired the book, and a nature/sustainability-themed activity. Up to 45 minutes with a book signing included.

Read for RMHC discounted visit fee: Traditional school visit fee is $315. Reduced rate for READ for Ronald McDonald House schools is $275.

Availability:Flexible scheduling. Will travel within 35 miles of Saratoga Springs.

Notice required for scheduling: One-week notice but additional lead time is much appreciated.

Book order forms provided prior to visit? Yes, books will be delivered on the day of the school visit.
