Join us on Saturday, June 13, 2026, for the 4th Annual RMHC 5K Family Fun Run, a family-friendly fundraiser supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region. Held at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences track & field facility, this inclusive event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities, with options for individual and discounted family registration. The morning kicks off with check-in at 8:00 AM, followed by the Kids’ Superhero Dash at 9:30 AM and the 5K run/walk at 10:00 AM. In addition to the race, families can enjoy a festive atmosphere featuring food for purchase from Ted’s Fish Fry and Kona Ice, along with free activities like bounce houses, face painting, and more.
