Basic Bequest Language
The following language may be used to name Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region as a beneficiary of your last will and testament. Your legacy gift may be of a specific dollar amount or it may be a percentage of your estate.
“I, [name], of [city, state ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region, Inc., federal tax ID # 22-2356004, [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
