General Information:

We will need volunteers starting the prior evening (9/20) for event setup, assistance before each flight, on the golf course during play, during meals, and after the event. We will also be having a silent auction and raffle running throughout the entire event.

You may sign up for more than one role, so long as the time shifts do not overlap. Please be advised that training and instructions will be provided for all roles. For any questions regarding this event, including volunteering, please contact Christine Dollard at cdollard@rmhcofalbany.org.

Event Schedule:

Breakfast & Morning Registration: 6AM-7AM

Morning Tee Time: 7AM

Lunch & Afternoon Registration: 12PM-1PM

Afternoon Tee Time: 1PM

Cocktail Hour & Dinner: 5:30PM-7:30PM
